Take I-25 South toward Denver. 1/4 mile past SR7 exit onto Northwest Parkway toward Broomfield (same exit as E-470). Follow signs toward Broomfield and 96th Street. Northwest Parkway will end at 96th Street. Continue on 96th Street. Cross over U.S. 36 and enter into FlatIron Crossing on your right. Toll is $2 each way.
From Lafayette:Take 287 south to Dillon Road where you will make a right exit to 96th Street. Take a left a 96th Street cross over U.S. 36 and enter into FlatIron Crossing on your right. You may also exit off of Dillon Road and access Northwest Parkway into FlatIron Crossing. Toll is $.50
From Boulder:Exit U.S. 36 at West FlatIron Circle ramp for direct access, or, take Hwy. 93 to Hwy. 128. Go east to Interlocken Loop, turn left down the hill to FlatIron Crossing.
From Denver:Exit U.S. 36 at East FlatIron Circle ramp for direct access.
From DIA:Exit Airport on Pena Boulevard toward Denver.
Exit on E-470 North
Follow E-470 to the Northwest Parkway toward Broomfield
Continue of the Northwest Parkway to 96th Street.
